run the game, protect accounts, show results and,

Playing without an account
Your game progress, completed games and language
choice are saved in your browser's local storage.
They stay on that device unless you sign in and
your saved games are synced to your account. You
can clear local data through your browser, but
doing so may erase unsynced progress. Like most
websites, Cloudflare receives technical
information such as your IP address and browser
details when you visit, even if you do not sign in.
When you sign in
We store your email address, account ID, sign-in
sessions, public username, product-email choice
and its update date, and account dates. We send a
one-time sign-in link to your email address; there
is no password. We store your submitted games,
including the date, difficulty, arranged letters,
score and row swaps,
so you can see them across devices and we can
check scores. You need to give us an email address
to have an account, but you can play without one.
What other people see
Leaderboards show your public username and scores,
not your email address. A gallery page can only be
opened by the account that played that game, but
people can see results or images you choose to
share. Avoid putting personal information in a
public username.
Emails
We send sign-in links when requested. A sign-in
email may also include an important service
notice. These are separate from optional product
emails, such as news and feature announcements.
Product emails are off by default and sent only if
you turn on "Receive product emails" in settings.
You can turn it off there or use the unsubscribe
link in a product email. We record your choice and
delivery results so we can respect it.
Why we use this information
We use account and game information to provide the
service you ask for, including sign-in, saved games
and leaderboards (performance of our contract with
you). We use limited technical and administrative
records to protect the service, prevent misuse and
understand whether it is working (our legitimate
interests). We use your consent for optional
product emails; you can withdraw it at any time
without affecting your account.
Storage, cookies and providers
We use browser storage for game progress and
preferences, and essential authentication cookies
for sign-in and sessions. We do not use advertising
cookies. We use Cloudflare to host and secure the
game, and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand
site usage and performance. Cloudflare also provides
the database and email sending. Messages sent to
hello@totonoeyo.com or
account_deletion@totonoeyo.com are forwarded to
Gmail inboxes operated by Google. These providers
may process information outside the UK. Restricted
transfers to Cloudflare are covered by its
Data Processing Addendum, including its UK transfer terms. Google describes
its safeguards in its
data-transfer information. Contact us for information about the safeguards
for your data.
How long we keep it
Local game data remains in your browser until you
clear it or the browser removes it. We keep account
and submitted-game information while your account
exists, unless game changes require us to remove
older results. If you ask us to close your account,
we will delete or anonymise its information unless
we need to keep some records for legal, security or
dispute reasons. Sign-in links expire after one
day; sessions can last up to 180 days. We keep
email delivery and administrative records for as
long as needed to demonstrate preferences, protect
the service or resolve disputes. These purposes
determine when we remove them.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to see, correct, delete or receive a
copy of your personal information, or ask us to
limit how we use it. These rights depend on the
circumstances. You can object to uses based on our
legitimate interests. Email

account_deletion@totonoeyo.com. We respond without undue delay, normally within
one calendar month. If a permitted extension is
needed, we will explain it within that month. You
can complain to the
UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with our response.
Children and changes
totonoeyo is for people aged 13 and over, as stated
in our terms. If you are under 18, please read this
with a parent or guardian. We may update this
notice as the game changes and will show the new
date here.

totonoeyo is operated by ILLXI LTD. By playing or
creating an account, you agree to these terms. If
you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to
read them with you.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to use totonoeyo.
Do not create an account or play if you are younger
than 13.
Playing and accounts
The game gives players the same letter puzzles to
arrange into words. Please play fairly: do not
automate submissions, interfere with the service, or
manipulate scores or leaderboards. We may remove
invalid scores or restrict accounts used to abuse
the game. Keep access to the email address used for
sign-in secure. Your public username and scores may
appear on leaderboards.
A game in progress
totonoeyo is still being developed. Puzzles,
scoring, dictionaries, features and account
functions may change or disappear, including
features available when you signed up. We may reset
or remove earlier games, scores, high scores and
leaderboard history when changes to the game require
it. We will try to give notice of significant
changes where practical, but cannot promise that
game history will always be retained. This does not
affect any rights you have under applicable law.
Grids and sharing
Arranging the letters supplied by the game is
gameplay, not a way to submit original writing or
other creative content to us. A completed grid is a
game result; we do not treat it as an exclusive
creative work belonging to its player. Other people
may make, view and share the same grid. To the
extent that you have any rights in an arrangement
you make, you give ILLXI LTD and other players a
worldwide, royalty-free permission to use and share
that arrangement as part of the game and its
results.
You may download, copy, post and reuse gallery
images generated by totonoeyo, including images of
other players' grids, without asking us or the
player for permission. This permission does not
cover using the totonoeyo name or logo to suggest
our endorsement.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the game available, but it may be
interrupted or withdrawn. We do not guarantee
uninterrupted access or the preservation of any
particular game result. Nothing in these terms
excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded,
or limits your statutory rights.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the game develops. We
will show the revised date here and give notice of
